Dutch Quality Analyst

About the role

TaskUs is seeking a Dutch‑speaking Quality Analyst to audit calls, coach teammates, and drive quality initiatives for its client campaigns. You will work closely with team leaders and participate in strategic projects to improve performance.

Key responsibilities

• Audit calls, interactions and transactions for assigned teammates.
• Coach teammates for performance improvement and report daily/weekly/monthly metrics.
• Provide inputs for briefings and training, and lead team meetings with TLs.
• Identify, isolate and report defects, verify fixes and suggest process improvements.
• Drive quality initiatives, contests and campaigns, and act as SME for the campaign.

Required profile

• Excellent written and spoken Dutch.
• At least one year of experience as a Quality Analyst (preferred).
• Strong customer centricity and ability to give constructive feedback.
• Logical thinking, attention to detail and ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Continuous‑improvement mindset and ability to manage multiple projects.

Required skills

• Basic proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
• Familiarity with basic quality tools such as cause‑and‑effect diagrams, histograms and correlation analysis.
