About the role

Hrvatski Telekom is looking for a Data Protection Specialist to join its privacy team in Zagreb. You will work on projects that involve artificial intelligence, digital solutions and GDPR compliance, supporting both internal teams and customers.

Key responsibilities

• Organise campaigns and activities to raise awareness about data protection and privacy.
• Prepare and review contracts, draft policies and procedures, and create documentation in line with GDPR.
• Collaborate with development teams to ensure project compliance throughout all phases.
• Provide user‑focused communication about data‑subject rights and manage related requests.
• Participate in Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIA) and monitor their implementation.
• Contribute to projects involving new technologies, digital solutions and AI.
• Work together with experts from other Deutsche Telekom Group companies.

Required profile

• Law degree (completed Faculty of Law).
• Minimum 3 years of experience in similar data‑protection or privacy roles.
• Judicial exam passed is an advantage.
• Proficient use of English.
• Strong research, analytical and communication abilities.
• Ability to set priorities and work in a dynamic environment.
• Team spirit and a positive attitude.
