About the role

We are looking for a motivated HR Associate to join our team in Vinkovci. You will support payroll processing, employee administration and contribute to the continuous improvement of our HR practices.

Key responsibilities

• Collect, prepare and process data required for payroll calculation and payment of salaries and other earnings.
• Handle travel expense reimbursements and related documentation.
• Manage employee onboarding and off‑boarding, recording changes in HZMO, HZZO, the Employment Agency and other relevant systems.
• Gather and process employment‑related documentation.
• Produce monthly, quarterly and annual reports on labour relations and training activities.
• Organise office administration, including coordination of incoming and outgoing mail.

Required profile

• Higher education (minimum 180 ECTS) in economics or law.
• At least two years of relevant HR or payroll experience.
• Proactive attitude, high responsibility and precision.
• Willingness to learn and develop professionally in HR.
• Valid B‑category driving licence.

Required skills

• Proficient use of the MS Office suite.
• Good command of English, both spoken and written.
