About the role

We are looking for a dedicated Accounting Associate to join our team at Bizovačke toplice. The role involves handling daily accounting transactions, supporting audits, and ensuring compliance with Croatian tax and accounting regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Record all business transactions, including posting incoming and outgoing invoices, bank statements, and cash receipts.
• Prepare documentation required for internal and external audits.
• Calculate, post, and monitor depreciation entries in the accounting system.
• Reconcile accounts with customers and suppliers.
• Maintain organized filing of all financial documents.
• Communicate with colleagues across departments, affiliated companies, and public institutions.
• Monitor legislative changes in accounting and tax law.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and timeliness.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Proactive, systematic, and responsible approach to tasks.
• Good knowledge of accounting, tax, and finance regulations.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
