About the role

Key responsibilities

• Advise citizens on adopting solar energy for personal consumption via phone, email, and on‑site visits.
• Process inquiries, prepare quotations, and resolve complaints with a focus on transparency and user needs.
• Verify documentation required for electrical project designs.
• Maintain the customer database and manage communications through our CRM system.
• Conduct market research and support logistics for educational workshops, webinars, and events.

Required profile

• Experience in customer support or client‑facing roles.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Highly organized, responsible, and able to manage multiple processes simultaneously.
• Comfortable using digital tools and eager to learn about the energy transition.
• Positive attitude aligned with environmental and social values.
