About the role

SDA Croatia is looking for a proactive and motivated Store Manager to lead its retail outlet at the Franjo Tuđman Airport in Velika Gorica. You will be responsible for overall store performance, ensuring efficiency, profitability, and an excellent customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily store operations, including staffing, scheduling, and performance evaluation.
• Drive sales to meet defined targets and KPI metrics.
• Maintain high standards of visual merchandising and store cleanliness.
• Oversee inventory management, ordering, and product availability.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and ensure superior service.
• Prepare sales and operational reports for senior management.
• Identify and implement strategies to improve sales and operational efficiency.

Required profile

• At least 5 years of experience in a retail leadership role.
• Strong independence, decision‑making, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Customer‑oriented mindset with a professional attitude.
• Fluent in spoken and written English.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency with the MS Office suite.
