About the role

We are looking for a motivated Sales and Delivery Associate to join our retail team. You will interact with customers, manage store operations and deliver orders within the local area.

Key responsibilities

• Sell products to customers and provide assistance during purchase.
• Stock and arrange merchandise on shelves.
• Operate the cash register and handle transactions.
• Monitor inventory levels and perform stock checks.
• Maintain store cleanliness and orderliness.
• Deliver goods to nearby customers using a B‑category driver’s licence.
• Operate a forklift or pallet jack where required at specific locations.

Required profile

• Secondary school education (SSS) or equivalent.
• Valid B‑category driver’s licence.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
• Proactive, resourceful and able to work in a team.
• Basic computer skills.
• Experience is a plus but not mandatory.
