Stability & Sample Management Analyst (m/f)

About the role

Join our Quality Control team to coordinate stability testing and sample management activities for biotech products. You will work closely with cross‑functional groups to ensure studies are executed on time and comply with GMP standards.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate stability testing within Quality Control and Biotech Quality Operations.
• Evaluate, trend, and report analytical results.
• Drive continuous‑improvement initiatives for stability testing and sample management processes.
• Perform sampling and analysis of packaging materials.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to guarantee timely execution of stability studies.
• Support compliance with GMP requirements, company procedures, and quality standards.

Required profile

• University degree in a life‑science field such as Chemistry or Biotechnology.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in the bio‑pharmaceutical industry within a GMP environment.
• Native Croatian speaker with fluent oral and written English.
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Team‑player with strong interpersonal communication skills.
• Willingness to work in shifts.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
