About the role
The Process Engineer will support GMP‑compliant manufacturing operations in Savski Marof, focusing on incident investigations and continuous improvement of processes.
Key responsibilities
- Apply GMP documentation practices.
- Conduct and document incident investigations.
- Define and document corrective and preventive actions.
- Verify the effectiveness of corrective actions.
- Monitor and report on investigation outcomes.
- Initiate follow‑up tasks derived from investigations.
- Work a single shift schedule.
Required profile
- University degree or 300 ECTS in Chemical Technology, Biotechnology, Animal Health, Pharmacy or Chemistry.
- Proficiency in Croatian and English.
- Minimum two years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team.
Required skills
- GMP documentation practice.
- Incident investigation methodology.
- MS Office applications.
- Experience with GQTS, pDOCS, SAP.
- Familiarity with Veeva Vault (eQMS).
