About the role

The Cost Management Specialist will support the bank in strategic and annual planning of functional costs, capital investments and depreciation. The role involves monitoring budget execution, providing analytical reports and assisting management at all levels with cost‑related decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct annual and strategic planning of functional costs at bank level.
• Monitor execution, propose corrective actions and maintain regular communication with budget owners.
• Specify and maintain application support for planning, monitoring and reporting processes.
• Analyse and prepare reports on plan realization for the bank and its business segments.
• Review and analyse cost‑approval requests and produce reports for specific cost groups, projects or activities.
• Support users in preparing expense approval requests addressed to all management levels.
• Assist in capital investment planning and depreciation processes.
• Participate in the development of new solutions and gain experience with AI tools.
