About the role

We are looking for a proactive HR Specialist to lead recruitment, onboarding, and employee development initiatives. You will act as a key partner in attracting talent, supporting new hires, and fostering continuous learning across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, organize and execute the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing to hiring.
• Maintain and update the HR candidate database.
• Participate in projects aimed at reducing turnover and enhancing employer branding.
• Coordinate onboarding activities and monitor new‑employee performance during the probation period.
• Collaborate with ministries, schools, universities and agencies to promote the employer and source candidates.
• Conduct exit interviews and analyse reasons for employee departures.
• Identify training needs, develop content, and deliver internal training programs.
• Manage the annual training and development budget.
• Support employer‑branding activities and prepare HR reports and analytics.
• Assist in career‑development planning, mentorship programmes, talent management and succession planning.
• Survey organisational climate and propose improvement actions.

Required profile

• University degree in a social science field, preferably psychology.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in similar HR roles.
• Strong organisational and communication abilities.
• Proactive, systematic work approach.
• Driving licence category B.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Experience with HRnet (preferred).
• Experience with Talentlyft (preferred).
