About the role

Join Addiko Bank’s Credit Risk Management team in Zagreb as a Credit Risk Assessment Specialist. You will be responsible for analysing financial statements, making financing decisions, and supporting the development of risk methodologies and new products.

Key responsibilities

• Enter financial reports (GFI, balance sheet) into bank systems.
• Interpret financial statements and draw conclusions on changes.
• Make financing decisions and monitor contractual compliance.
• Participate in credit portfolio analysis and monitoring.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of risk methodologies, new products, and decision‑making tools.
• Prepare monthly reports for senior management, risk management groups, and external institutions.
• Engage in development projects related to credit risk assessment and other banking processes.

Required profile

• University degree (VSS).
• Fluent spoken and written English.
• Strong analytical skills, independence, and pro‑activity.
• Excellent planning, organisational abilities, reliability, and teamwork orientation.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in MS Office.
• Advanced Excel skills.
