About the role

We are looking for a Specialist in processing automobile damage claims to join our team in Sesvete. The role covers the full claim lifecycle, from initial report to final settlement, while maintaining accurate documentation and communication with German partners.

Key responsibilities

• Administrative processing of automobile damage claims.
• Communicating with insurance companies, auto‑service centres and business partners in Germany.
• Telephone and written communication in German.
• Monitoring each case from claim filing to completion.
• Sending, processing and archiving documentation with proper record‑keeping.

Required profile

• Excellent German language skills at C2 level.
• Fluent oral and written expression in German.
• Ability to conduct business conversations independently.
• Experience drafting business correspondence.
• Understanding of technical terminology in the automotive insurance field.
