About the role

The Credit Intermediary Specialist will support clients in finding the best financing solutions, from initial contact through loan documentation and approval. Working within Croatia osiguranje, the role combines sales, client advisory, and administrative tasks in a dynamic insurance environment.

Key responsibilities

• Identify new clients, open sales channels and present services.
• Maintain daily communication with clients and partners.
• Understand and monitor banking credit products.
• Assist clients in selecting optimal financing options.
• Assess and calculate client creditworthiness.
• Prepare and compare financial offers tailored to individual needs.
• Guide clients in completing and gathering required documentation.
• Collect credit documentation and perform pre‑contract administrative work.
• Follow procedures and regulatory obligations, informing clients appropriately.
• Archive credit files promptly and responsibly.
• Offer suitable insurance products.

Required profile

• Secondary school with at least 3 years experience, or higher education with 1–2 years experience in financial institutions (banks, credit mediation).
• Category B driving licence.
• Experience working with loans and clients.
• Focus on building long‑term client relationships.
• Ability to recognise financial needs and propose solutions.
• Willingness to continuously learn and improve.
• Entrepreneurial attitude, responsibility and independence.
• Strong negotiation, sales and communication skills.
