About the role

The Treasury Specialist supports Podravka's cash management processes, ensuring timely collection of payments from external customers and maintaining strong relationships with key accounts. You will work closely with sales representatives and internal audit teams to guarantee compliance with CRM policies and accurate reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze and report on external customer payments to stakeholders.
• Monitor daily requests, obtain approvals, and unblock sales orders for external buyers, focusing on key and foreign customers.
• Ensure adherence to CRM policy, flag deviations, and recommend improvements.
• Maintain regular contact with sales agents regarding receivables under their stewardship.
• Prepare data and reports for internal and external audit requirements.
• Perform additional tasks as needed to support treasury operations.

Required profile

• Secondary school diploma (economics focus preferred).
• At least 2 years of professional experience in similar treasury or accounts‑receivable roles.
• Fluent English communication, both spoken and written.
• Goal‑oriented, deadline‑driven, analytical and systematic.
• Proactive, independent, with a commitment to continuous learning.
