About the role

We are looking for a motivated Technical Support Specialist to join our growing team at M Plus. The role is fully remote, allowing you to assist customers across Croatia while working from the comfort of your home.

Key responsibilities

• Provide timely assistance to users encountering issues with our applications.
• Handle basic technical and user queries, escalating complex cases to the appropriate internal teams.
• Guide customers through application functionalities and troubleshoot problems.
• Communicate clearly and professionally via phone and written channels.

Required profile

• Excellent command of Croatian, both spoken and written.
• Strong communication and organizational abilities.
• Basic computer literacy and comfort navigating software applications.
• Responsible, professional attitude toward customers and a willingness to learn.
