About the role

The company is expanding its procurement team and seeks a responsible, proactive professional to manage purchasing activities for the hotel sector, both locally and internationally.

Key responsibilities

• Procure goods, materials and services for hotel projects on domestic and international markets.
• Develop procurement plans, reports and analytical insights.
• Collect and analyse supplier offers and take part in negotiation processes.
• Assist in drafting contracts and purchase orders.
• Handle import procedures, transport organisation and logistics.
• Monitor order execution, delivery deadlines and specification compliance.
• Verify quality of received goods and support complaint resolution.
• Track market trends, new products and potential suppliers.
• Represent the company at overseas trade fairs.

Required profile

• High school diploma, preferably in economics or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in procurement, negotiations and offer analysis.
• Fluent English communication, both spoken and written.
• Strong analytical, precise, organised and responsible work habits.
• Professional integrity, transparency and reliability.
• Valid B‑category driver’s licence.

Required skills

• Advanced use of MS Office, especially Excel.
