About the role

Join Raiffeisenbank Austria's Zagreb team as a Customer Support Specialist. You will be the first point of contact for clients and non‑clients, delivering accurate information about the bank’s products and services while identifying sales opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Receive and resolve inquiries and requests from customers and non‑customers.
• Provide detailed information on banking products and services.
• Identify cross‑selling opportunities, present, and sell bank services.
• Assist clients in selecting the most suitable banking solutions.
• Support clients with card activation, blocking, and related services.
• Contribute to improving client experience by offering feedback and suggestions.

Required profile

• Strong communication and presentation abilities.
• Proactive, result‑oriented mindset.
• Customer‑focused with active listening skills.
• Patience and tolerance.
• Completed secondary vocational education (four‑year program).
• Willingness to work morning and afternoon shifts.
• Preferably experience in banking or contact centre (not mandatory).
• Active knowledge of English.

Required skills

• Fluent English language proficiency.
