About the role

We are looking for a B2B Customer Support Specialist who will serve Slovene‑speaking business clients such as kindergartens, schools, canteens and other institutions. The position is fully remote, allowing you to work from anywhere in Croatia while joining a stable, professional team.

Key responsibilities

• Receive and process orders from Slovene business customers via telephone.
• Communicate daily in Slovene with users from educational and catering sectors.
• Record and manage incoming orders in the relevant systems.
• Provide information and assistance related to customers' orders.
• When needed, follow up with customers about existing orders.

Required profile

• Excellent spoken and written Slovene (C1/C2 level).
• Strong communication and presentation abilities.
• Polite, professional and responsible attitude towards customers.
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Basic computer literacy and willingness to work with multiple systems.
