Solar/Photovoltaic Service Manager

About the role

Huawei Europe is expanding its Solar Inverter Team and seeks a Photovoltaic Service Manager to lead after‑sales customer relations, on‑site support, and technical training across Croatia and neighboring countries.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary technical contact for customers and partners on Huawei inverters, transformer stations, and battery solutions.
• Provide technical advice, system design support, troubleshooting, and on‑site commissioning for PV systems with storage and emergency power.
• Organise regular meetings, reporting, and post‑commissioning support, and represent Huawei at seminars, training courses and trade fairs.
• Coordinate on‑site support with partners, prepare detailed reports and ensure safety compliance during visits.

Required profile

• Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 3 years experience in the solar/energy industry.
• Strong communication skills in English and Croatian, both written and spoken.
• Valid driving licence and willingness to travel regularly within the region.
