About the role

Bobis is looking for a motivated pastry assistant to join its production line in Solin. Under the guidance of a supervisor and mentor, you will take part in basic confectionery tasks while learning the company’s traditional recipes and modern HACCP standards.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare a variety of creams and fillings.
• Produce, decorate and cut cakes.
• Make and weigh mini‑portions for retail.
• Prepare packaging for cakes and desserts.
• Maintain cleanliness of workstations, equipment, tools and raw materials.
• Ensure department hygiene and follow safety regulations.
• Operate bakery machines safely and in accordance with HACCP.

Required profile

• Motivation to learn and develop pastry skills.
• Team‑oriented attitude and responsibility in task execution.
• Willingness to work in shifts.
• Previous production experience is a plus but not mandatory.
