Site Manager / Engineer – Construction Apprentice

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Site Manager / Engineer to join our construction team in Zagreb. This position combines site supervision with engineering tasks and offers a structured apprenticeship in construction‑trade works.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain all required site documentation, including the construction diary and related records.
• Facilitate communication between foremen, project managers and the client.
• Monitor and control project costs.
• Track work progress and respond promptly to any deviations.
• Oversee final works and ensure proper hand‑over.
• Supervise procurement activities and verify compliance.
• Enforce occupational health and safety measures on site.
• Provide timely updates to management on project status, especially for reinforced‑concrete structures.

Required profile

• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
• Motivation to learn, grow and advance within the company.
• Previous experience in construction‑trade activities is a plus.
