Authorized Mechanical Engineer – Designer of Mechanical Installations

About the role

We are looking for an authorized mechanical engineer to design and coordinate mechanical installations for building projects. The role involves independent concept development, detailed design, and technical documentation.

Key responsibilities

• Independent creation of conceptual, main and detailed designs of mechanical installations.
• Preparation of technical calculations, technical descriptions, equipment specifications and cost estimates.
• Modeling and preparation of project documentation in Revit MEP.
• Coordination of installations with architectural, structural and other project disciplines.
• Collaboration with investors and the design team to select technical solutions.
• Design supervision related to the completed projects.

Required profile

• Completed degree in mechanical engineering (dipl. ing. or mag. ing.).
• Passed professional exam and active registration in the Croatian Chamber of Mechanical Engineers.
• At least five years of experience in designing mechanical installations in buildings.
• Practical knowledge of Revit MEP and independent work in AutoCAD.
• Experience in independent creation and coordination of main and detailed projects.
• Knowledge of relevant technical regulations and standards.
• Responsibility for documentation quality, organization and meeting agreed deadlines.
