About the role

The company is expanding its retail operations and seeks a motivated Shop Manager to lead one of its stores in Zagreb or Bjelovar. You will be responsible for the overall performance of the shop, from merchandising to team management, ensuring a high‑quality shopping experience for customers.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve company sales targets and business goals.
• Receive, label, and properly display merchandise.
• Order stock and manage inventory levels.
• Maintain accurate pricing, discounts, and promotional offers.
• Ensure store cleanliness, visual standards, and product assortment.
• Act as Visual Merchandiser, aligning store presentation with corporate guidelines.
• Handle customer complaints and returns.
• Prepare monthly staff schedules.
• Train and onboard new employees.

Required profile

• Secondary school education in commerce or a related field.
• Systematic approach to tasks and strong initiative.
• Excellent communication skills and a team‑oriented mindset.
• Proactive attitude, responsibility, and leadership qualities.
