About the role

We are looking for a skilled UPS System Servicer to perform preventive and corrective maintenance on uninterrupted power supply (UPS) equipment, battery systems and related electrical infrastructure. The role involves both on‑site work at client locations in Croatia and abroad, and collaboration with our technical team to ensure reliable power delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of UPS systems.
• Diagnose faults and carry out repairs on UPS devices, converters, chargers and battery installations.
• Commission new UPS installations and conduct functional testing under load.
• Test battery systems, replace batteries and measure voltage, current, internal resistance and capacity.
• Inspect rectifiers, inverters, static switches and bypass arrangements.
• Connect UPS units to remote monitoring platforms.
• Prepare service reports and technical documentation.
• Travel to business and industrial customers for field service in Croatia and internationally.

Required profile

• Education and practical experience in electrical engineering.
• Hands‑on experience with UPS devices, converters, chargers, batteries or power electronics.
• Ability to read electrical schematics.
• Proficient use of measurement instruments.
• Responsible, methodical work approach.
• Willingness to perform field work and occasional service interventions.
• Valid Category B driving licence.
• Knowledge of English and Italian.
