About the role

We are looking for a motivated, ambitious and responsible individual to join OTIS DIZALA as an Elevator Service Technician in Rijeka. The role involves ensuring the safe operation, maintenance and modernization of elevators for our customers.

Key responsibilities

• Perform servicing, regular maintenance, repairs and modernization of elevators in accordance with safety regulations.
• Participate in on‑call duty schedules and rescue persons trapped in elevators.
• Manage the service portfolio and maintain accurate service records.
• Prepare reports on completed service work.
• Inform customers about the status of their equipment.
• Carry out preventive and corrective repairs and upgrades.

Required profile

• Secondary school education in electrical, electromechanical, electronic or mechanical engineering.
• Preferably experience in elevator servicing and repairs.
• Proactive problem‑solving attitude.
• Organised, motivated and results‑oriented.
• Valid category B driver’s licence.
