About the role

TRIDION d.o.o. is looking for a motivated service technician to join its team in Zagreb. You will work on the maintenance, repair and diagnostics of trucks, buses and various work machines, supporting customers in keeping their fleets operational.

Key responsibilities

• Perform routine servicing, repairs and fault diagnostics on vehicles and work equipment.
• Provide technical assistance and guidance to customers regarding fleet upkeep.
• Conduct field work when required, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
• Maintain accurate service records and report findings to supervisors.

Required profile

• 1‑3 years of relevant work experience.
• Secondary school education (SSS) in automotive/mechanical engineering or a related field.
• Valid driver’s licence B (preferably categories C/D).
• Technical education with solid knowledge of mechanics, hydraulics and electronics.
• Basic computer literacy.
• Reliable, hardworking, communicative and ready to work in a dynamic team environment.
