About the role
Maersk is looking for a Customs Declarant to join its team in Kukuljanovo, Croatia. The role involves preparing and processing import, export and transit customs declarations and acting as the main point of contact for customers. You will work on‑site using a range of customs and logistics systems.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and process import, export, and transit customs declarations (AIS, ECS, NCTS).
- Use daily the Brix, COMBIS, Navis, F4B, Microsoft Teams and Microsoft Office applications.
- Communicate with customers via email, telephone and Teams.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve operational and customs‑related issues.
Required profile
- Secondary school education (high school diploma) or university degree.
- Preferably at least one year experience as a Customs Declarant.
- Professional working proficiency in English.
- Valid Category B driving licence.
