Service Advisor

About the role

We are looking for a Service Advisor to join our Iveco vehicle service centre in Lučko, Zagreb. You will be the main point of contact for customers bringing in their trucks, ensuring smooth intake, scheduling, and follow‑up of service work.

Key responsibilities

• Receive vehicles and open work orders in the system.
• Schedule service appointments and coordinate with workshop staff.
• Perform e‑tim vehicle checks using the Iveco system.
• Communicate with customers regarding status, offers and documentation.
• Prepare and send quotations, collect purchase orders, and issue invoices.
• Process warranty and complaint claims.

Required profile

• Completed secondary or higher technical education (SSS, VŠS or VSS).
• Good knowledge of commercial vehicles, preferably Iveco.
• At least 1 year of experience in a similar role.
• Strong communication skills, responsible, team‑oriented.
• Proficiency in English and/or Italian (spoken and written).
• Active use of MS Office.
• Valid category B driver’s licence.
