About the role

We are looking for a reliable warehouse operative to manage the full cycle of goods handling at our Žitnjak facility in Zagreb. You will be responsible for receiving, storing, processing orders, and preparing shipments while ensuring accuracy and cleanliness.

Key responsibilities

• Receive and store goods accurately, assist with unloading and place items in designated locations.
• Scan serial numbers, pick items for orders (commissioning) and pack shipments.
• Create delivery notes and invoices, prepare technical documentation and work with courier applications.
• Communicate with finance and complaints departments and collaborate with colleagues to meet productivity targets.
• Participate in inventory counts and maintain a tidy, clean warehouse environment.

Required profile

• Secondary education (high school) or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a warehouse setting.
• Basic knowledge of English.
• Basic computer usage.
• High level of responsibility, accuracy and orderliness.
• Team‑player attitude and proactive learning mindset.

Required skills

• Warehouse machinery operation (loading/unloading).
• Barcode/serial‑number scanner usage.
• Basic computer skills.
