Senior Software Developer

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Software Developer to own end‑to‑end software projects, from analysis and design through implementation, testing and delivery. You will work with international teams, mentor junior developers and help shape our technical direction.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, test and deploy robust, secure and maintainable software solutions.
• Contribute to software architecture, coding standards and best practices.
• Use AI‑powered development tools and identify AI integration opportunities.
• Analyse and resolve performance, scalability, security and production issues.
• Maintain clear technical documentation and coordinate with product managers and stakeholders.
• Support and mentor other developers through code reviews and knowledge sharing.

Required profile

• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• Enthusiastic, collaborative team player with strong communication skills.
• Analytical, proactive and solution‑oriented mindset.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

Required skills

• C#.NET / ASP.NET Core, object‑oriented programming and design patterns.
• React, Angular and modern web development technologies.
• React Native for mobile application development.
• SQL and database design, data modeling and performance tuning.
• Design and development of REST APIs and scalable architectures.
• AI‑assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot.
• VS Code, Visual Studio, Git, Jira and Confluence.
• CI/CD pipelines (preferably GitHub Actions), Microsoft Azure, automated testing, containerization and DevOps practices.
