Senior Sales Development Representative - AI Automation

Huzzle connects talent with leading companies across the UK, US, Canada, Europe and Australia; its client is a fast-scaling AI automation startup that helps businesses streamline operations and grow through AI-powered systems. The client is hiring a Senior Sales Development Representative to own the full sales pipeline, from outbound prospecting to closing high-ticket deals. This is a fully remote, independent contractor role.

Key responsibilities

• Own and manage the full sales pipeline, from lead generation to deal closure
• Execute high-volume outbound outreach via cold calling, email and LinkedIn
• Conduct discovery calls, identify client pain points and present AI automation solutions
• Handle objections and move prospects through the sales funnel
• Close high-ticket deals and contribute to revenue targets
• Maintain accurate records and pipeline tracking in CRM systems
• Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo and ZoomInfo for prospecting
• Collaborate with leadership to refine sales strategy and messaging

Required profile

• Minimum 3+ years of high-ticket sales experience (non-negotiable)
• Proven ability to manage the full sales cycle and close high-value deals
• Experience selling services, preferably in tech, AI or automation
• Strong communication and negotiation skills, self-driven and results-oriented

Required skills

• Cold calling, discovery and objection handling
• LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo and/or ZoomInfo
• Familiarity with GoHighLevel (preferred)
