Senior Marketing Specialist – Cardiac Ablation Solutions (SEE)

About the role

Medtronic is seeking a Senior Marketing Specialist to lead regional marketing initiatives for Cardiac Ablation Solutions across South Eastern Europe. The role will partner with sales, clinical, and medical education teams to drive therapy adoption and support portfolio growth.

Key responsibilities

• Execute regional marketing plans and growth initiatives for the Cardiac Ablation Solutions portfolio.
• Govern regional marketing budgets and ensure alignment with business priorities and ROI expectations.
• Identify opportunities to increase therapy adoption, utilization, and market penetration.
• Partner with Sales and Clinical teams to support account development and procedure growth initiatives.
• Coordinate physician training programs, workshops, educational events, and customer engagement activities.
• Support product launch execution, launch readiness planning, and field enablement activities.
• Analyze sales performance, market dynamics, competitive activity, and adoption trends to generate business insights.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of experience in marketing, product management, healthcare, medical devices, or pharmaceuticals.
• Experience supporting commercial growth, market development, or customer engagement initiatives.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
• Strong analytical skills with experience analyzing business performance data.
• Fluency in English.
