Marketing and Professional Education Specialist

About the role

The Marketing and Professional Education Specialist will execute BD Surgery’s regional marketing plan and professional education initiatives across Other Eastern Europe and Israel. The role works closely with commercial teams, distributors and European stakeholders to drive product launches, education programs and market insights.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with BU and regional marketing teams to align and execute the annual marketing plan for all BD Surgery platforms.
• Lead development and execution of regional marketing plans for new product launches, including positioning, value propositions and launch readiness tools.
• Manage marketing and medical materials through Veeva PromoMats, ensuring regulatory compliance and timely deployment.
• Coordinate regional professional education programs and KOL engagement, collaborating with EU Centers of Excellence.
• Collect, analyse and deliver market insights on trends, reimbursement, clinical practice and competition.
• Support key account development and field activities in partnership with sales teams.

Required profile

• University degree in Marketing or related discipline.
• 3–5 years of experience in marketing, product management or product specialist roles, preferably in medical devices.
• Strong business acumen with excellent oral and written presentation skills.
• Fluent in English and willingness to travel up to 30% of the time.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in MS Office.
• Experience using Veeva PromoMats for managing marketing and medical materials.
