Senior Key Account Manager / Voditelj ključnih kupaca (m/ž)

About the role

Veletabak is looking for an experienced Senior Key Account Manager to lead sales activities with its most important customers in Zagreb. You will be responsible for growing existing relationships, acquiring new accounts, and ensuring the company’s market position remains strong.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct sales activities and negotiations with key customers.
• Monitor inventory levels and perform sales analysis.
• Identify and acquire new customers.
• Develop and maintain business relationships with existing accounts.
• Participate in the creation and implementation of business plans.
• Track competitor activities and market trends.
• Manage receivables and ensure timely collection.
• Prepare regular sales and performance reports.

Required profile

• Excellent command of the MS Office suite.
• Strong analytical mindset and familiarity with EDI systems.
• Proactive, ambitious and able to work independently.
• Team‑oriented attitude with good organizational capabilities.
• Preferably experience in the FMCG (fast‑moving consumer goods) sector.
