Senior Business Partner HR Development Region (m/w/d)

About the role

Jungheinrich, a company with over 30 years of experience in software and digital product development covering warehouse, fleet, device, process and interface management, is looking for a Senior Business Partner HR Development for the DACH and Central Europe region. The role strengthens leadership, organizational capabilities and talent development and acts as a trusted partner to the business, turning corporate HR development concepts into regional solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Drive the implementation and continuous development of HR and organisational development processes, tools and programs in line with global frameworks
• Shape leadership, talent and organisational development initiatives across the region
• Lead and manage cross-functional HR development projects from concept to implementation, with quality, timelines and stakeholder alignment
• Design, facilitate and deliver workshops, trainings and development formats
• Advise senior leaders, HR Business Partners and functional stakeholders on HR development and organisational effectiveness
• Support strategic change and transformation processes with a focus on sustainability and cultural impact
• Work closely with regional and global HR teams to ensure alignment, quality and scalability

Required profile

• University degree in psychology, business administration, social sciences or a comparable field, ideally with further qualifications in leadership, coaching, organizational or transformation development
• Several years of experience in HR Development, Organizational Development or HR Business Partnering, preferably in an international corporate environment
• Proven project management experience, preferably in complex, multi-stakeholder HR or transformation projects
• Fluent German and very good English
• Willingness to travel regularly within the DACH and Central Europe region; experience with German co-determination and Works Councils is a plus
