Senior B2B Software Sales / Business Development Manager

About the role

LAMA develops and implements the LaFMS and Archero DMS solutions for small and medium enterprises, fully compliant with Croatian office business regulations. We are looking for an experienced Senior B2B Software Sales / Business Development Manager who can open doors, recognise business opportunities and drive the sales process to signed contracts.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and qualify new B2B opportunities for LaFMS and Archero DMS products.
• Lead the complete sales cycle from prospecting to contract signing.
• Negotiate and close B2B agreements with decision‑makers.
• Maintain and expand a network of contacts in the Croatian market.
• Collaborate with technical and consulting teams to tailor solutions.
• Track pipeline and achieve sales targets.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of B2B sales experience in software or IT solutions.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
• Existing network of contacts among CFOs, directors, owners, IT managers, accounting firms, and property managers.
• Deep understanding of Croatian B2B market and business processes.
• Ability to work independently, organised and results‑driven.
