Senior Associate – Strategy and Operations

About the role

PwC's Management Consulting team in Zagreb is looking for a Senior Associate with experience in Strategy and Operations. You will join the practice serving markets across Southeast Europe, helping clients solve complex strategic and operational challenges in sectors such as energy, utilities and resources, manufacturing, retail and consumer, financial services, technology, media and telecommunications.

Key responsibilities

• Work in teams on complex strategy, operations and transformation topics for private and public sector clients in Croatia and the region.
• Solve important client problems and deliver effective strategies.
• Support project delivery through problem solving, solution structuring, communication and presentation, and build relationships with team members and clients.
• Independently lead and manage smaller projects or large project streams.
• Manage recommendations, proposals, solutions and ideas that add value and meet client needs.
• Share knowledge across the PwC network and support colleagues through mentoring and coaching.

Required profile

• Minimum 2-4 years of experience in strategy/management consulting or a similar role in the corporate sector.
• Experience managing projects and teams.
• University education (Master's degree preferred).
• Willingness to travel regionally.
