Senior Accounting & Finance Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Accounting & Finance Specialist to independently manage our accounting function, produce accurate financial reports and support strategic decision‑making in a fast‑growing environment.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain the full accounting cycle and ensure data accuracy across systems.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements and management reports.
• Monitor revenue, costs, margins, profitability and cash‑flow, and analyse variances.
• Support budgeting, forecasting and financial planning activities.
• Coordinate tax, audit and regulatory submissions.
• Collaborate with management, sales, operations, banks and external advisors.
• Identify and implement process improvements, stronger controls and automated reporting.

Required profile

• Proven experience in accounting, finance or controlling, preferably in technology or fast‑growing companies.
• Strong knowledge of Croatian accounting and tax regulations.
• Fluent in Croatian and English.
• Excellent analytical abilities, high accuracy and the capacity to work independently.

Required skills

• Experience with ERP systems.
• Familiarity with BI tools.
• Use of accounting, CRM, payroll or invoicing software.
• Ability to automate reports and transfer data between systems.
