Senior Account Manager

About the role

Scalable Global Solutions (SGS) is seeking a proactive Senior Account Manager to lead its client expansion across Europe. You will target senior decision‑makers in SMB and SME organisations, promoting SGS’s Department‑as‑a‑Solution (DaaS) offering and driving new business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle – from prospecting and lead generation to discovery, proposal, negotiation and closing.
• Generate new client acquisitions for 2025‑2026 with measurable activity and results.
• Maintain weekly funnel reviews and revenue forecasts to ensure pipeline health.
• Collaborate with Operations, IT and HR to onboard and implement new departmental services for clients.
• Provide accurate sales reporting to the Chief Sales Officer.

Required profile

• 5+ years of B2B sales, account management or business development experience in BPO, SaaS or managed‑service environments.
• Proven track record of acquiring SMB/SME customers in Europe.
• Strong experience managing structured sales cycles and revenue forecasting.
• Fluent English (C1); additional European languages are a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing or a related field.
