About the role

The Field Sales Advisor will work directly with potential customers outside the office to grow the A1 telecom customer base. You will present tailored product packages, build lasting relationships, and act as the face of the brand in the field.

Key responsibilities

• Expand the A1 customer base through direct, face‑to‑face communication.
• Present offers and sell the most suitable telecom product and service packages.
• Develop and maintain long‑term, high‑quality relationships with clients.
• Provide market feedback and customer insights to management.

Required profile

• Experience in direct sales is a plus but not mandatory.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
• Result‑oriented mindset with a collaborative team spirit.
• Ability to represent the company’s image positively during client interactions.
