About the role

We are looking for a friendly and motivated Bookstore Advisor to join our team in Velika Gorica. You will be the face of the store, helping customers discover new titles and ensuring a pleasant shopping experience.

Key responsibilities

• Daily communication with customers and providing assistance.
• Operating the cash register and handling transactions.
• Ordering, receiving and stocking merchandise.
• Maintaining attractive product displays and presentation.
• Organising shelves according to management guidelines.
• Performing additional tasks related to the position as needed.

Required profile

• Interest in domestic and foreign authors and recent publications.
• Enthusiasm for working with books and multimedia content.
• Strong communication skills and a welcoming attitude toward customers.

Required skills

• Customer service experience.
• Basic cash‑handling abilities.
