About the role

We are looking for an independent accounting officer to join the cost and investment accounting department in Split. The role involves handling monthly cost and investment entries, ensuring accurate documentation, and supporting the finance team.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and post monthly cost and investment entries.
• Code and post incoming invoices and verify documentation accuracy.
• Monitor regular monthly expenses and collect required documents.
• Create payment orders for costs, investments and suppliers.
• Prepare and scan invoices for pre‑billed expenses.
• Reconcile records and account cards with business partners.

Required profile

• Higher education (VŠS/VSS).
• At least two years of experience in similar accounting tasks.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office tools.
• Attention to detail and responsibility.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
