About the role
We are looking for an independent accountant to join our team in Zagreb. The successful candidate will handle a full range of accounting tasks for our clients, ensuring accurate financial records and compliance with tax regulations.
Key responsibilities
- Post incoming and outgoing invoices
- Prepare VAT returns
- Calculate payroll, sick leave and complete JOPPD forms
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements and corporate tax filings
- Compile year‑end accounts
- Maintain daily communication with clients
Required profile
- Relevant accounting qualification
- Experience in handling full‑cycle accounting tasks
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good organizational and time‑management skills
