About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Manager / Market Manager to lead our market development activities in Croatia and abroad. The role combines market research, partner acquisition and the implementation of sales strategies for a leading tourism company.

Key responsibilities

• Research market trends and gather relevant market information.
• Develop and execute sales activities in assigned markets.
• Acquire new partners, clients and business opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing partners and customers.
• Participate actively in negotiations and prepare/present business proposals.
• Coordinate and monitor the execution of sales activities to achieve defined targets.
• Contribute to the creation and implementation of the company’s sales and market strategies.
• Represent the company at international fairs, workshops, business meetings and promotional events.
• Report regularly on market activities, results and business opportunities.
• Perform other sales and market development tasks as required.

Required profile

• Experience in sales, market development, key account management or business development.
• Preferably experience in tourism, hospitality or related sectors.
• Strong sales, communication and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to establish and maintain long‑term business relationships.
• Excellent organizational and presentation skills.
• Analytical mindset with data‑driven decision making.
• Proactive, independent and results‑oriented attitude.
• Fluent English (spoken and written); additional languages are a plus.
• Knowledge of specific international markets (European, Asian or others) is advantageous.
• Valid category B driving licence.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
