Sales Executive – Croatia

About the role

Glovo, part of the Delivery Hero Group, is seeking a Sales Executive to join its Partners and Brands team in Croatia. You will work closely with the country Sales Manager to grow the restaurant portfolio and drive revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and engage top restaurant prospects across Croatia.
• Negotiate premium partnerships and product offers aligned with company objectives.
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets set by the Sales Manager.
• Coordinate and execute sales plans to maximise market presence.
• Travel regularly to build strong, trust‑based relationships with partners.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of sales experience, preferably in restaurant, hospitality or food‑delivery sectors.
• Strong local network and industry connections.
• Proactive, persistent, goal‑oriented mindset with resilience to rejection.
• Confidence engaging C‑level stakeholders and restaurant owners.
• Willingness to travel throughout Croatia.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM tools, especially Salesforce.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace and Excel.
• Basic understanding of P&L and profitability.
