Sales Advisor in Customer Support – ASISTA

About the role

You will spend most of your workday in telephone contact with existing customers, handling subscription renewals, processing orders of medical aids, and identifying upsell opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Contact users whose subscription is nearing renewal and arrange extensions.
• Process orders and deliveries of medical aids.
• Monitor customers to ensure no subscription remains unrealized.
• Identify additional needs and upsell appropriate products.
• Maintain clear notes and next steps in the system.
• Collaborate with field colleagues when their involvement is required.
• Track personal results and achieve agreed sales targets.

Required profile

• Enjoy talking to people and making a high volume of phone calls.
• Comfortable working in sales with concrete targets.
• Good listening skills to understand customer needs.
• Persistent after an unsuccessful call, following through to realization.
• Organised and able to manage multiple customers simultaneously.
• Result‑oriented and able to see personal performance.
• Computer literate and willing to learn company systems.
• Responsible with data, agreements and deadlines.
