About the role

We are looking for a motivated Retail Sales Associate to join our team in Zagreb and Velika Gorica. You will be the face of our stores, helping customers find the right products while ensuring the shop environment remains welcoming and well‑organized.

Key responsibilities

• Present, sell and advise customers on product ranges.
• Restock shelves and keep merchandise neatly arranged.
• Operate the cash register and handle transactions accurately.
• Maintain the cleanliness and order of the sales floor.
• Monitor inventory levels and report discrepancies.

Required profile

• Completed trade school or relevant experience in retail.
• Strong sales and communication abilities.
• Positive attitude, responsibility and high motivation.
• Team‑player mindset and willingness to develop professionally.
• Basic English for everyday communication.

Required skills

• Basic computer skills for point‑of‑sale systems.
