About the role
We are looking for a motivated Retail Sales Associate to join our Froddo shop in Arena Centar, Zagreb. The role focuses on selling children’s footwear, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining an attractive store environment.
Key responsibilities
- Sell children’s shoes and advise customers on product choices.
- Handle cash register operations and process transactions.
- Communicate effectively with customers and address their inquiries.
- Maintain product displays and ensure proper merchandising.
- Arrange window displays to attract shoppers.
- Receive and process returned merchandise.
Required profile
- Basic computer knowledge, especially MS Office.
- Good communication abilities.
- Preferably some knowledge of a foreign language.
- Commercial education is a plus.
- Previous sales experience is desirable but not mandatory.

- Microsoft Office
