About the role

The Regional Sales Director will lead the growth of DOMAK DISTRIBUCIJA in the Istria and Kvarner region. This senior position is responsible for achieving sales and profit targets, expanding the market, and building a high‑performing sales team.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve the regional sales plan and gross margin targets.
• Develop new business opportunities and acquire new customers.
• Expand sales within the HoReCa channel (hotels, restaurants, bars, clubs, beach bars).
• Grow sales of premium and strategic brands in the portfolio.
• Increase the range of products purchased by existing customers.
• Create and execute customer‑specific sales plans.
• Manage pricing, discounts and commercial terms to meet profitability goals.
• Monitor receivables and ensure timely collection.
• Analyse market trends, competition and identify new opportunities.
• Coordinate sales activities with logistics, procurement and company management.
• Report regularly to senior management on regional performance.

Required profile

• Proven experience in food and beverage sales.
• Strong leadership and team‑development skills.
• Ability to open new accounts and deepen existing key accounts.
• Commercial mindset with focus on profitability.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
